Illustrative user interface for packaging machines
The new HMI by KIEFEL Packaging is based on self-explanatory illustrations and animations. It makes highly complex technology understandable, facilitating - among other things - the input of parameters. Assigning previously abstract values to real events at the machine can thus be simulated intuitively and quickly. The sidebar displaying production data and status messages picks up on the industrial design of Kiefel systems and enables extremely ergonomic operation.

Project work
We developed the usability and user experience concept and the visual design for the new HMI of KIEFEL Packaging machines. The self-explanatory illustrations and animations are a vital part of the visual design.
